Pain

Hello reader and welcome to the blog. By now you have understood that the talk for today is ‘pain’.
Let’s start by knowing legit definition of pain. “Pain is a physical or mental sensation which is triggered when their are either mishappenings or any kind of unpleasantries in the moments of life.”

Have you ever exercised so vigorously that some parts of your body start aching or may be whole body is in pain, but when you do it regularly, there are two things that happen, the pain is now gone and second is, it builds your body better.
These two things happen with every pain whether mental or physical.

Here is another example of pain, have you ever felt sometimes that your partner is super annoying and keeping quite about their shit is ‘painful’, but you keep your ego aside and just go with the flow, and later you realised that they are right in their opinion, here too the pain is healed and it has changed you for the better.
Now, the above two examples prove that pain is really temporary. Also they prove that without pain, there is no gain. So here comes my next point, no matter how hard people try, no one can escape from the pain in their lives, not you, not me, not anyone. It will find you in one or the other way, we can do nothing about it. Which brings me to my next point.

To all the people who are going through some really painful phase of life. Life has punched you hard, has kicked your butts. But you don’t have to sit and cry for that no, you have to believe that you are going to win at life. You are not going to let life walk over you. You are going to get up, hold your head high and then you are going to move forward with your dreams and goals and ambitions in your eyes. Life can put anyone down in just a few moments and yes, this is a test from life. Seek out what this phase is teaching you, you have to improve yourself and try not to repeat the same mistake again. If you are feeling like ‘this is the end of the world’, remember, that failing in life is always an option. Failing doesn’t means that you are a failure, it means that you are bold enough to try new things and fail at them. We can overcome the pain, maybe in a month, a year, 5 years, the pain of failing will faid away, but the regret of not trying will eat you for the rest of your life.
How much a current situation is affecting us is in our hands. How we perceive the pain is all that matters. You have to accept it and move forward in your life. What most people do is they go to the extremes. They either just ignore the pain and it keeps on paining again and again for every once in a while or they just fully accept it, even more then it is needed and think that this is the end of life, their is nothing more left to it. You have to be measurable between the two, once you suffer from pain, just accept it, but not to the point that it breaks you down, just think that it will make you a better person, a wiser person and move on, go on, life has many options for you. This is what I was trying to say, not completely refusing and not completely accepting it. You will be happy once you know that good experiences are the result of many bad experiences.

Just remember the phrase above “everything will be good in the end, if it isn’t good, it’s not the end.” This is just so good thought that I couldn’t resist it writing.
